We'd talked about RO/DI when I was at your house.  Apparently I have a flow restrictor already.  Any other ideas I can try to stop from burning through DI resin so quick?

Do you have a TDS Meter? I would def look at adding a dual set up like we talked about, putting 2 sediment and then adding a second carbon block to your set up.

I am still surprised you are going through so much DI.
Can you take pictures of all the tubes so I can see how you have it run?

I ended up calling BRS. The said my hard water is the cause of burning through the resin so quick.

I started getting water from a different source, my neighbor lets me fill up a couple of 30g brutes. I just stick the ro/di intake line into the cans and turn on the pump, BRS said the pump might not last as long. Even if I have to replace the pump yearly it will still be cheaper than buying premixed water.

Why would you burn up pumps?

Are you sure you have the lines plumbed correctly? I would definitely double, triple check that.
